Description of Actual Services Provided
- Identify demand for the occupations targeted by the training
- Identify businesses involved in financing the training
- Analyse the documents, Grant Application Proposal, Budget, Grant Agreement & Progress Reports
- Conduct interviews with the Founder the Project Leader Participants (i.e. trainers, trainees and graduates) other stakeholders (e.g. participating businesses, other project partners and local community leaders)
- Conduct a short survey amongst former students
- Assess with a focus group of broader stakeholders the impact of the VT in this district
